Our Bauer Built pulling sleds arrive at your pull,  equipped with scales. We also have a laser distance measures that can be rented at an additional cost. 

 

Experience

 

I have been involved in Truck and Tractor Pulling since the age of 16. As a fan, all my life. My Dad would take me to Fort Recovery every year. My Grandfather, Dad and I pulled antiques and I eventually pulled a truck, then built a 9000 lb Altered Farm.

DCTPA is my club affiliation, where I served as Vice President until maintaining Sleds and a full time job gave me realization I could not give ample time to the responsibility and decided to step down from the position. I remain an Executive Officer on the Board and that allows me to help in the decisions for all the Events DCTPA put on and are involved in. We have grown in pulls for the Club along with Christa and I commissioning DCTPA for our Spring Fever Indoor Pull sponsored by Angry Farmer Products.

 

I began running a Thumb 8 pulling sled in 2003. After the season end, I felt there could be modifications to the sled to greatly improve operation and and the experience the puller had hooking to the sled. Those modifications proved a much better ride for both myself as the operator and the puller. I began running a new Bauer Built sled in 2006 and from that point on have worked hard to maintain an enjoyable ride for the pullers in all conditions.

Our sleds, "Big" Class 8 and Mini Rod Sled Class 5, are both NASOA and NTPA certified. 

 

Professional 

 

I adapt the sled to the needs of your facility and make it the best pull that I can from the standpoint of a sled operation, considering all facits ie: puller/vehicles, safety, expedited sled changes for classes and of course the paying fans.

 

I know the pressures that an event coordinator goes through, Being involved with our local club and the many years of owning/operating sleds.  I try to make that part of your job easy to the best of my abilities.
